Setting Instructions

Create an email box account

  1. Enter a new Email Address
  2. Enter a new Password for this Email Address
  3. Re-enter the new Password for confirmation
  4. Enter the Admin Password that was given to you
  5. Click "Add"
  6. The new E-mail address is now ready to be used

Create a forward / alias email account

  1. Enter the new Email Address
  2. Enter the designated E-mail address. ie: email_anda@yahoo.com
  3. Enter the Admin Password that was given to you
  4. Click "Add"
  5. All e-mails that is sent to this new E-mail address will be forwarded to the designated E-mail address (email_anda@yahoo.com)

Quota Mailbox

This function is used to give a quota space for e-mails. Thus the users can limit the size of e-mails that enters their mailbox. They can also specify the maximum inbox space to hold all e-mails.

  1. Enter the Admin Password that was given to you
  2. Click "Add"
  3. Follow the instruction that was stated in the page

Anti spam email

This function is used to block unwanted E-mails. There are two types of blocking E-mails:

  • A. First type is intended for general users

  • The Administrator does not have to specify which e-mails to block for each users. The users themselves can choose to block unwanted E-mails that enters their own E-mail account.
    1. Enter the Login name
    2. Enter Password for this Login name
  • B. Second type is intended for admin users

  • Settings that were given by the Admin will be valid for either individual user or all of the users in the domain

    1. Enter the Login name/alias/forward
    2. Enter the Admin Password that was given to you

Change Admin Password

This function is used to change Admin/FTP Password. Admin password is important and must solely be known by the Administrator. Any request for the Admin Password must not be given unless it is confirmed to do so.

  1. Enter the Login name
  2. Enter the old Password to be changed
  3. Enter the new Password
  4. Re-enter the new Password for confirmation
  5. Click "Change"
  6. The next step is to change the settings in the FTP Tools in order to be able to login

FTP Setting

To login to your domain, use the FTP tools. If you would like to download an FTP tool, you can click on the Tools menu in the toolbar below. In this menu, you will find a list of useful downloads.

  1. Enter the hostname domain, ftp.your_domain_name (All lowercase)
  2. Enter the login name (User ID)
  3. Enter the FTP Password or Admin Password
  4. If all the fields are entered correctly, you will already be logged into your domain
  5. To change this Admin Password/FTP Password, look at the “Change Admin Password” instruction above.

Web Login

Untuk memberikan setting tampilan login di suatu URL di domain Anda, ketika seseorang mengakses melalui browser-nya.

  1. Untuk login, Anda harus masuk ke folder WebLogin di domain Anda
  2. Bacalah keterangannya di README.TXT secara teliti

Change Password Email

As an Administrator, you are sometimes asked to reset the password of your users because they forgot or lost their password. You can reset their password in this menu.

  1. Enter the E-mail address of the password that needs to be changed
  2. Enter the new password for this Email address
  3. Enter the Admin Password
  4. Click "Replace"
  5. You can now inform the users that they can now enter any new password as they please in the menu E-mail POP3 - Password
